    Personal data are submitted voluntarily by Users through the compilation of the website’s forms, the sending of email or verbal contact with operators. Personal data is processed lawfully, correctly, and transparently, in conformity to the requirements of the GDPR and for the purposes of providing requested services and responding to the user’s messages and questions.

    During the course of their normal functioning, the IT systems and software procedures that permit the functioning of this website acquire certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.       • offer the service requested and/or respond to the User’s questions
      • prepare a cost estimate or sales offer based on the User’s request
      • on request, send occasional commercial information or special offers

  7. LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
    Personal data submitted voluntarily by Users and collected by the Controller are processed only with Users’ consent.

  8. DATA RECIPIENTS
    Users’ personal data are disclosed to data processing personnel employed by Syncro System Spa, who, based on their role, need access to the said data to prepare commercial offers and organise work.
    Personal data may also be disclosed to:
      • companies owned by Syncro System Spa or Francom affiliates in the EU or outside the EU; data is transferred to the country of the subsidiary nearest to the User’s place of residence. A list of dealers can be viewed in the “Sale Points” section of this website;
      • companies collaborating with Syncro System Spa, third parties and external professionals; an updated list of such parties is available from Syncro System Spa
    Apart from the parties listed above, personal data is not otherwise disclosed. If personal data are transferred outside the European Union, they are processed by companies/suppliers acting as Processors who assure a level of data protection conforming to the requirements of Italian and European legislation. In any case, data are only transferred provided the requirements of applicable legislation are satisfied (e.g. provided the Commission has judged the data protection system of the country to which data is to be transferred as adequate; provided the Data Subject has given his consent).

  9. TRANSFER OF DATA TO A NON-EU COUNTRY
    Our use of certain software platforms requires the transfer of personal data to non-EU countries.

  10. STORAGE PERIOD
    Personal data collected and processed according to this Data Protection Notice are considered as contact and marketing data and are stored in accordance with the indications of the table in article 5.

  11. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
    The Data Subject may, at any time, exercise:
      • the right to access his personal data;
      • the right to update, rectify, and supplement his personal data;
      • the right to have his personal data erased or rendered anonymous, or to forbid the use of unlawfully processed personal data;
      • the right to obtain confirmation that any modifications or deletions of data or content have been brought to the attention of the parties to whom the said data have been disclosed, unless permitted otherwise by law;
      • the right to obtain the restriction of processing;
      • the right to object to processing;
      • the right to the portability of data;
      • the right to withdraw consent, where required: withdrawal of consent does not prejudice the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

    The Data Subject may exercise his rights by presenting a written request to the contacts listed in article 1. If the necessary conditions exist, the Data Subject also has the right to make a complaint to the Data Protection Authority or Regulatory Body, following the relevant procedures.

  12. NATURE OF PROCESSED DATA, OBLIGATION TO SUBMIT DATA, CONSEQUENCES OF NON-SUBMISSION
    Only personal data that is voluntarily submitted by Users during a telephone conversation, in an email or in a contact form are processed for the purposes listed above. Users must submit their personal data (e.g. name and address, telephone number, email address, vehicle details) to allow us to prepare commercial offers and organise work related to a requested service, or to provide other services, e.g. the sending of newsletters. If Users choose not to submit such data, we shall be unable to process their request, formulate an offer or provide the service requested.

  13. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
    No automated decision-making processes are used.

    Personal data are not processed for any purposes other than those listed in article 6.
